Advanced Nurse Practitioner Program

Participate in care plan and interdisciplinary clinical team meetings

Improve overall patient satisfaction, with consistent medical follow-up, education of diseases process, and involvement of patient's goals of care in terms of treatment and/or advanced care directives.
